I offer one to one coaching sessions, specialising in stress & anxiety management, weight management, and de-cluttering.
I work holistically and use a wide variety of different approaches tailored to your individual needs. These approaches include:
Cognitive Behavioural Coaching This is a highly effective method of examining negative, outdated or distorted thought patterns and belief systems which affect our emotional states and limit our behaviour. Once they have been identified they can be changed to healthier and more rational thoughts and beliefs which allow us to make better choices and ultimately be more fulfilled in our lives.
Relaxation & Mindfulness Training We can learn how to control our stress response by incorporating relaxation and breathing exercises into our daily lives. The breath is our link between mind and body, and by learning how to breathe correctly we can become more mindful and access greater clarity and inner peace.
Guided visualisation and imagery These techniques tap into the subconscious powers of the mind and the imagination to change thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Visualisation can be useful for rehearsing future events, focussing on a positive outcome, or can be simply used to access positive and tranquil states of mind. Imagery can be used effectively for dealing with health issues or for transforming negative feelings into positive ones.

Examples include looking at basic nutrition; activity levels; time management; space de-cluttering; and help with addictive behaviour.
